[comp.text] TeX in New York?

This note is addressed specifically to Columbia U. and, a
little less specifically, to New York generally.

I have a friend here who is about to go back to NY in a couple of
weeks time, and he is looking for a copy of TeX for his Apple.  Does
anyone have (or know of  someone who has) a system that he could copy?
Would you let me know.
