At the present I can successfully use LaTex with dvi2ps to print to an old Apple Laserwriter on a Unix system. I can use the \special command to insert PostScript files that my plotting program creates. What I want to do now is print a picture generated by MacDraw. I have that latest version of laserprep-68 and I can print the MacDraw image on it's own by prepending the laserprep and sending it to the printer. But when I try to use the \special command, no image of the MacDraw picture is printed, even though the rest of the page does print. The filed reference by the \special has the laserprep followed by the MacDraw stuff. So, is there something here I don't know about? Do the laserprep and/or tex.pro files need to be modified to remove potential name conflicts? Has anyone ever successfully done this? Please help, I need to publish my memo at the end of the week and I can't play with this anymore.
