Does anyone have a list of words that troff hyphenates incorrectly, so that they can be added to its hyphenation exception list, using the ".hw" request ?? I just discovered its incorrect hyphenation of "transparent" (it produced "tran-sparent"). Note that the standard troff exceptions list has only room for 128 characters or so. If you want to get around this you can follow the route a lot of people took. You can build a preprocessor which insert the soft hyphenation character (default \%) in every word of the input. jaap
