[comp.text] Indexing and ``lbl''

Two questions:

	1) ``lbl'' is a symbolic reference program for use with *roff,
            written by C.D.F. Miller, Heriot Watt University (March
	    1984).  It is written in C, to run under UNIX.  Has anyone
	    ported this program to run under MS-DOS (3.x)?

	2) Are there any good index-making (or "index-helping-to-make")
	   program which run under MS-DOS (3.x)?
