The new versions of eepic macros (1.1b) and fig2epic translator
(1.1c) are now available for anonymous ftp and e-mail request
from sun.soe.clarkson.edu. eepic11b.shar is in the directory
pub/latex-style and fig2epic11c.shar is in the directory
pub/tex-program. fig2epic version 1.1 requires eepic 1.1 to
use the new features.
fig2epic 1.1 will be included in the next release of Transfig package.
For those who don't know what eepic and fig2epic are, here is a
simple description.
-- eepic is a set of LaTeX macros which extends the LaTeX picture
drawing environment. The standard macro outputs tpic specical but
a emulation package is included to allow one to generate a
standard dvi file.
-- fig2epic is a C program to translate FIG output file to eepic
commands for inclusion in LaTeX document.
