Has anyone had trouble with the kerning of letters with cmr10 on the laserwriter? The problem is less apparent at magsteps other than magstep0, but it's there nonetheless. Does it have to do with the fact that apple's point is defined as 72pt=1in but TeX's point is 72.27pt=1in? Enquiring minds want to know.
