Yes, there is one available at:
cs.ucla.edu (aka hera.cs.ucla.edu) under ~ftp/pub/dvi2ps.piet.tar.Z.
also, on oddjob.uchicago.edu called ~ftp/pub/dvi2ps.pk.tar.Z.
