Realizing the unsuitability of the index, I proceded to read through the book again and index the places where commands were explaned ``the best''. I haven't entirely finished the book, but I have a rather large list of references on the common instructions (usually ones with less than 2 danger signs.) I keep a copy at the back of my TeX book. If anyone is interested in this list, or would like to add to it, I'll pass it around. woolstar@csvax.caltech.edu
