Has anyone written the appropriate macros so that refer(1) citations can be used with the -mm macros (Yes, I *know* -ms has all this built in, but the macro package has been legislated without regard for technical merit) Rather than reconstruct work that someone else may have already done, if you have such a beast available, please let me know. Otherwise, I can write these ma'self, and maybe share, if anyone else is interested. Please E-mail, and I'll try to gather up any information and summarize to the net. Also, if anybody has any citation software that could be used instead of refer, that would interface with -mm, that would also be helpful.
