Help! I need the makeindex stuff for LaTex!! 1. makindex.sty 2. makeindex.doc 3. makeindex.c makefile other called routines etc. (or equivalent) I need an index making tool for latex (report.sty). I would appreciate it if anyone who has the above would contact me by E-mail. We have a copy of a make index program for LeTeX. This converts the
.idx file created by LaTeX into a .ind file. This file is included in
order to create the index.
The program is Copyright (C) 1987, 1988 by Pehong Chen, but has a free
distribution clause in the copyright notice. It comes with a manual
as a LaTeX source file and a test document to try it out on.
If you want a copy of a shar of the sources, then send me Email. It
comes to 779052 bytes and I do not want to send it unnecessarily.
