[comp.text] How can I get hold of Tugboat?

cjoslyn@bingvaxu.cc.binghamton.edu (Cliff Joslyn) (08/21/89)

I'm getting to know this bizarre world of TeX slowly enough. . .now I
understand that the way to know everything that's going on is to get
hold of Tugboat, which I gather is a newsletter or journal. Who can I
contact about that please?

Thanks

(You can also write the address in the back of the TeXbook, which may
or may not be the same . . . I haven't looked.)
