I have a couple of [nt]roff questions. The software I'm using is the DWB on an Silicon Graphics 3130. How can pages be numbered with roman numerals (I, II, III, IV, ....)? How do you get first page of chapter printed with the page number on the bottom, and subsequent page numbers at the top of the page?
