[net.periphs] Connecting a printer to a terminal with no printer port

Aha! But there is a printer port for the H19. A small company
in Adelphi, MD made them for DARCOM (US Army). It involves pulling
out the processor on the H19 card plugging their card into the
CPU socket and then putting the processor in their card. The
cost was about $300, I don't know if they are interested in doing
any more.

I am looking for the simplest cheapest way to connect
a printer to a terminal (an H19) that does not have a printer port.

I don't need to control the resulting "printer port" from the
keyboard. It would be quite sufficient to connect the printer
in parallel with the terminal and put the printer on line
when I want a hardcopy of what is being sent to the terminal.
The only complication is that the printer generates <CTRL>S <CTRL>Q
"signals" which must be properly sent to the computer.

I would greatly appreciate advice on solving this problem.
