We have a VAX 11/780 running BSD4.3, on which I have installed TeX 2.9 from the distribution (of Spring 1988). Somehow I have been unable to compile dvitype correctly -- web2c complains that there's "No begin line." I have even tried installing an old version of dvitype, but the Pascal compiler `pc' does not like `others' as part of a case statement. I'm at my wits' end. Could someone please send me a correct copy of dvitype.c for this configuration? If it matters, I have the TeX distribution tape available, so I should be able to rebuild any other files necessary.
