[comp.text] Problem with tbl and change bars

  I'm having a problem with the combination of tbl and change bars.
  When I do a diffmk between the new version of my document (with tables
  expanded) and the old version (with tables expanded) the column I've
  added since the old version does not appear in the file that results
  from diffmk.  When I troff the result, it shows change bars where
  I changed the table (this was the only change to the table, so there
  are change bars all the way down), but the new column itself is not
  there.  Is it a bug?  Is there a workaround?
