Couple of questions/suggestions/askings. 1) Do you have a version which understands GF fonts either instead of, or in addition to PK fonts? 2) Are you going to make it substitute a font with another one (which program may consider as "similar"), if the font needed is missed? You see, MakeTeXPK doesn't solve my problems, but maybe you can help me? Now you know my basic needs. I'll try to modify the package myself, but since I'm not an expert in MetaFont (or font formats) - I'm sure that if you make the changes yourself - it would be a lot better. I have another 'dvi2ps' which understands GF and provides substitution nesessary, but it doesn't understand internal Postscript fonts!! (:-) If you want - I'll be glad to send that version to you (no, it's not mine, just another PD stuff :-). I'll appreciate your help - will it be a new version of your package, or advices on modifying the existing one by myself.
