[comp.text] Help Needed Producing ACM Camera Ready Copy

Currently to produce ACM camera ready copy, we adjust the margins,
print the document on a laser printer, and do a cut and paste onto
the ACM mats. There has GOT to be a better way. Is there as set of
TeX or LaTeX macros or style sheets or whatever that will allow us to
print the size reduced copy on standard paper? Please replay by mail
and i'll summarize. We can run TeX or LaTeX and our platform is a
microvax running Mt. Xinu 4.3 + NFS or Sun 3s running (i think) version
3.5. The printer is a ln03 driven by dvi2ln03 or some such.
