jbw@unix.cis.pitt.edu (Jingbai Wang) (12/14/89)
Dear netters: It comes the time I leave University of Pittsburgh and hence probably lose contact with the Usenet, untill I set up rn on the new machine I am going to use. There might be users of my dvi2ps, TeXGuide, indexor, psscribe, Chinese TeX/Scribe/WStroff and others who would like to trace my addresses. Thus I'd like to provide the information to the interested: Myself: JB Wang (Jingbai Wang), author of TEXGuide, indexor, psscribe, Chinese TeX/Scribe/WStroff and Chinese->PS driver, and coauther of a dvi2ps which is important for Chinese TeX and other features. Original addresses: jbw@unix.cis.pitt.edu jbw@pittvms.bitnet New addresses: jwang@pittvms.bitnet jbw@ardent.stevens-tech.edu xwang@doug.med.utah.edu (less preferred) Announcement: ************* Before the final dissappearance of jbw accounts from pitt nodes, I would like to offer upgrades of Chinese TeX (both mainframe and DOS), dvi2ps (including many bug fixes) and other things. june.cs.washington.edu seems to have modified the way of submitting files. Please contact me at the current addresses for the information of fetching the files. Even though I hope that a merged version of dvi2ps (like the one by Kevin) could replace the existing versions of dvi2ps's, I tested the Beta version, and realized that there will still a significant amount of time allowed for Kevin to polish it up. Thus, I put some efforts in w_dvi2ps (as obtainable from june.cs.washington.edu) to fix appearant bugs so that people can still enjoy it along with ChTeX, PostScript scaling, psfig and etc. before dvi3ps becomes available. Sincerely yours JB Wang
