Has anyone got a fix for the 4.2bsd vp driver that will allow it
to work with a Versatec Input Multiplexer Model 512A?
We have a Versatec Input Multiplexer Model 512A that we are
try to use to share a one vp between two machines. The hard
all works with (of all things) RSX but UNIX seems to think
the device is gone or something since it hangs in vpwait waiting
forever.
Has anyone gotten one of these things to work with the 4.2bsd
vp driver? I looked at the code and it looks correct based upon
the slight documentation in the 512A manual but it seems obvious
that something needs to be changed. I suppose it would help if I
had a manual on the vp interface but thats a different story...
