[comp.text] Need WP to troff conversion tools

I am looking for conversion tools which will reformat common
word processing formats such as: Word Perfect, WordStar, Microsoft
Word, or MacWord into troff markup.

If anyone knows of either public domain or commercial programs which
will accomplish this, I would appreciate their letting me know
via e-mail.  I will summarize responses, if any, to the net.
