I am using a K&R C compiler on an Apple computer (please, no laughing) and would like to find some source files to aid me in writing a text processor. I have the structure down and have been going along very nicely, but would like to ask for some assistance. I am trying to create an editor that would pull in 4 or 8k chunks and swap in and out to disk (would be slow, but necessary). Does anyone have any source code to an editor that does this (or similiar)? Actually, any source code would help me in understanding what is necessary to accomplish this task.
