My apology if these questions have been asked before, but I like to know the following things, 1) Is there any fonts based on Negative Imaging Technology available PD or proprietary? Where? The type of fonts that I am looking for are Computer Modern Fonts and fonts for Laser printer. 2) If Computer Modern Fonts are available in this technology then am I right to assume that I can use the current TeX/LaTeX software without any major modification? 3) Is there any PostScript Laser Printer that works on Negative Imaging Technology? Thanks in advance. ---- Patrick Tang Guan Yaw, Phone : +61 62 68 8882 Dept. of Mathematics, EMAIL-ARPA/CSNET : gyp@ccadfa.cc.adfa.oz.au ADFA, Canberra, 2600. What is "Negative Imaging Technology"?? If this is just Australian for write-white engines, there are write-white modifications for Computer Modern in a past issue of the TUGBoat, in the public domain. If it is something else, what about it requires special fonts? Computer Modern is specified in METAFont; it should be able to produce fonts for any technology given the right mode_defs and, in a few more complex cases, some changes to base macros (as in write-white). -- -- Brian, the Man from Babble-on. ...!mcnc!rti!sas!bts -- (Brian Schellenberger) "No one will ever write a song called 'Nitro Burning Funny Cars'" -- THE DEAD MILKMEN, "Nitro Burning Funny Cars"
