[comp.text] Looking for troff or nroff or ~

This may be hard for some to believe, but we do not have either nroff
or troff here at harper.  I guess Prime didn't feel it was necessary
to include.  What I want to know is if there is source code available
for a PD troff, nroff, or compatible program.  This would be a big
help in formatting man pages for elm or nn.  Any help would be well
appreciated.
