Does anybody know of a way to take a postscript file and format it into an ascii file that resembles the output from nroff? In other words, Interleaf, which we are using for some of our documentation produces Postscript output, but we want to be able to also produce a generic formatted ascii file from the same source. The ideal solution would be to write a filter from Interleaf ASCII format to nroff using their Cloverleaf package, but we can't afford the resources to do that right now. I can, however, get a generic postscript file from Interleaf. If I could only format the postscript and dump the results to a generic ascii file that could be viewed online or sent to a line printer, I would be in business. Any ideas? _ _ ( ) ( ) /\__/~\-/______________/~\-/_/\ | / / | _______________________________\_____/__________________/____/_____________ |Jeff Sorvik (jps@msc.edu) * | |Technical Editor * | | * | |Minnesota Supercomputer Center * | #---------------------------------------------------------------------------
