We are trying to standardize on a word processor here, and
I want to know about any experiences with Microsoft Word or
with Word Perfect under Unix.

Does the SCO version of Microsoft Word run under System V/386
(ie: Interactive/AT&T/Intel)? The sales person at SCO barely
knew who Interactive was.

How about working from a vt100 terminal. Does it try and emulate
as much of the WYSIWYG as possible?

What about on the console, will it run in graphics mode?

How about through X windows?

Is there conversion software available under Unix that will convert
between WordPerfect and Word files?

Thanks for any info. Please email, since our usenet feed has been
flakey lately. If there is enough interrest, I'll post a summary.
