[net.periphs] Swiss mouse availability

Does anybody know whether there is a current North American distributor
for the Depraz ("Swiss") mouse?  Logitech, which used to carry it, doesn't
any more.

The teletype 5620 terminals come with them.  Maybe you could order one
as a "spare part."
