I am looking for Metafont source or the compiled font files for any or all of the following character sets. To get a copy of microsoft rich text format
1. Write to microsoft
2. Check [sumex-aim.stanford.edu]/info-mac/misc/microsoft-rich-text-format.hqx
But this isn't a fully specification!
Is there a more definitive source on the network?
