I have a large document that is formatted using troff with the mm macro package. A repeated problem I encounter when revising and reproducing the document are orphans and widows (especially widows). I have not so far been able to track down and eliminate the problem and wonder whether this problem has been solved (for troff/mm). I believe I'm using an old version of mm (although I don't have a version number). If someone on this group has managed to get mm to handle this could they possibly e-mail their solution. Alternatively, if someone has produced a new paragraph troff request which solves the problem could they kindly send a copy to me. Deadlines are looming near for me on this document and I'd really like to get it right this time, so any help will be much appreciated. Thanks. ------------ Graham Reynolds JANET: gjr@uk.ac.uea.sys Senior Research Associate Internet: gjr%sys.uea.ac.uk@nsfnet-relay.ac.uk School of Info.
