I have written a translator from RTF to the ATK (Andrew Toolkit) data stream. It will be part of the ATK distribution on the X tape after the next patch. ATK is also available for anonymous FTP from emsworth.andrew.cmu.edu (128.2.30.62) where the translator will be in patches/patch010 as file $SRC/atk/ness/nesslib/fromrtf.n. The translator is written in Ness, a string oriented language which makes the translation easy to understand. The only implementation is under ATK, so you need much of the ATK distribution to actually execute the translator. If anyone is especially interested, I can send a copy before it goes out with the distribution. Fred Hansen
