[net.periphs] Emulex/Cypher Cache Streamer

Has anyone written a device driver for 4.2 BSD to allow streaming
operation of an Emulex Cache Streamer?  If not  that, does anyone
know how to modify the  existing (TS11)  driver to  select 25 ips
instead of 100 ips?
