[net.periphs] Wanted: UPS

I am looking for a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with the following specs:

	208v 3phase (in AND out)
	5kva
	1 minute power loss ride-thru minimum (most losses to date have been
						1 second or less)

I have seen several UPS's that were far larger than the machine I want to
handle. The UPS should also be quiet. I dont want tooooo much of a humm.
