I posted this request to a couple of other news groups but missed posting this request here. We have a uVAX II in a BA123 enclosure in addition to an external cabinet that only contains a 9-track mag tape drive. I am interested in adding an RA81 drive, putting the drive in the external cabinet. DEC sales reps here in Austin do not seem to know if this can be done. DEC tech consulting is not much help either. From some of the e-mail responses that I have received, it appears that some people have managed to do it. Note however that the messages were not real descriptive and I had to do a little reading between the lines. Any info will be greatly appreciated. I am also open to other suggestions. We are considering a FUJI/Emulex disk/controller setup and any comments will prove helpful. Thanks, Mike O'Donnell
