In the past few days, I have seen ads on TV about WAPP, 103.5 FM (in the New York area). It is a rock station offering commercial free music all summer long. I have not had time to listen long enough to decide whether or not this is really what it sounds like or if they just meant commercial free periods of music throughout the summer. Does anyone know for sure? If it really is commercial free all summer long, how in the world can they afford to do that?
