[net.news.newsite] cecw3b is now otuxa

I would like to clarify a couple of points in "cecw3b joins USENET"
posted May 31, 1982.  The uucp nodename for this site is otuxa,
not cecw3b - the site should have been listed by its mailing address
name, not its internal name.  The other point I'd like to mention
is that this site is Western Electric's Corporate Education Center
West, located in Illinois.
