What the site is all about.
Tpsa is a PDP 11/70 running UNIX 4.0.
It is on USENET solely to provide archiving of back articles.
Because of the delay due to news batching, there are no netnews
	readers on tpsa.

Systems with whom news articles are exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are).
	spanky -- 1200 baud uucp.

Systems with whom mail is exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are, what frequency
of connection, whether or not you'll pass outside mail along).
Mail addressed to machines known to spanky will be
automatically forwarded to that machine for delivery.
Other mail will be queued in the puucp spool directory
where it will remain until the machine it is addressed
to dials up tpsa to receive it.

There are no objections to forwarding outside mail.

Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites that
want to join usenet. If you run uucp, tell if new sites can
call you, if you will poll them, what your policy is.
If on the arpanet, are you willing to forward news on to new
sites by establishing an arpanet usenet connection?
Since news is batched and passed to tpsa once per night,
this would not be a good machine to attach to.

If you want to publish your uucp phone number, login, and password,
include that info.
The following login is to be used for mail only. (In fact
this login gets you a version of uucp which has been modified
to reject all file requests.) I'm not about to make 400
entries in an L.sys file, so if you want to recieve archive
responses directly from tpsa, please poll.
