Name of site:	icalqa

What the site is all about:

	icalqa is an Intel 86/330X system running Microsoft's XENIX.
	The system supports Intel's California QA Department, and serves
	as the hub of Intel's internal uucp network.

Organization:	Intel Corp.
		Dept. 244  m/s SC4-244
		3065 Bower Ave.
		Santa Clara, CA  95051

System with whom news articles are exchanged:

	Currently, icalqa accepts news from hplabs. News is
	then locally installed and forwarded to aus86, omsvax,
	and ssovax. It takes an act of god (root) to post an
	article outside of Intel (ie back to hplabs). ((The
	Intel QA department wishes to avoid extensive rap sessions
	with the Intel Legal department.)) icalqa polls hplabs
	using a Vadic 3451 at 1200 baud.

	hplabs ---> icalqa <------> omsvax

Systems with whom mail is exchanged:

	Whereas we don't broadcast to the world via news, we
	do talk to many sites. mail is forwarded without any
	conscious restrictions, just remember we only have a
	single 35MByte wini ==> free space is typically small.
	We have bell type 103 and Vadic dialins (no 212A dialin).
	We poll using a Vadic 3451.

	We talk to:

		omsvax	ssovax	aus86	sdso1
		iqre	imcgqa	it4fqa	ifabqa6 (Internal sites)
		--------------------------------------------------------
		pur-ee	sytek	rocks34	microso (External sites)
		hplabs	uwvax

Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites:

	Currently, Intel QA will not administrate news forwarding
	to non-Intel sites. There is no firm policy regarding mail.
