This is to announce our existence to the USENET community. TEKGDS is a VAX 11/750 running (currently) 4.1bsd. We also intend to run VMS (very) occasionally. We are connected to TEKTRONIX!IDDIC by a 9600 baud line, but intend to get an Ethernet connection soon. TEKGDS has 450 Mbytes of RM05 disk. We will be bringing up two more VAX 11/750 systems soon, connected to the rest of the world through TEKGDS.
