Systems with whom news articles are exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are).
>>>	We're polled daily after midnight by 'root44' (bless 'em!).
However the system normally closes at 23.45 unless Lee is around
(which he usually is). Soon to be replaced by a black box (at least
	for linking).

Systems with whom mail is exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are, what frequency
of connection, whether or not you'll pass outside mail along).
>>>	Mail, again, is only exchanged with 'root44' on much the same basis
	as news.
Transfers can be arranged locally to a Prime P750.
(And possibly! by Herculean labour onto SERC-net and RCO-net
but only if given time and a very good reason)

Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites that
want to join usenet. If you run uucp, tell if new sites can
call you, if you will poll them, what your policy is.
If on the arpanet, are you willing to forward news on to new
sites by establishing an arpanet usenet connection?
>>>	We cannot call out automatically so we can't really pass
news onto another site, that and we haven't really got the space.

If you want to publish your uucp phone number, login, and password,
include that info.
