Our newsite announcement is late for silly internal reasons. We sell "The Protector," a turnkey security system that prevents, detects, and records attempted computer abuse. It adds host-independent individual accountability and access control to any computer system. We also sell "Access," a software system that provides DEC VAX/VMS with an interface to the ARPANET or local area networks. Compion employs 65 full-time scientists, managers, and support staff members, and was founded in 1977 under the name Digital Technology Incorporated. We have a direct notesfiles feed from U. of I., and hence, never see raw news articles. Uucp runs chroot'ed into a filesystem we call "the box", from which there is no escape.
