[comp.unix.wizards] Bad block forwarding added to hpdump

I have added the necessary code to the hpdump() routine to handle BSE errors.
This means that it is possible to use a swap partition with forwarded bad
blocks for crash dumps.  Savecore handles them correctly.  I will post the mods
to /sys/vaxmba/hp.c to comp.sources.unix.
