[] Does anyone know how to debug C Shell on a Sun-2? I tried it (under dbx), and it kept stopping, with the message (when I did a jobs) of 'Stopped (tty output)', or something like that. I tried 'stty -tostop', but it still stopped. I did manage to get it to run, if I exec'ed /bin/sh from my login shell (all of this has been in C Shell), but then, if I put in a breakpoint, any other command after the breakpoint has been reached causes dbx to dump a core (resulting in me logging off, for some reason). Any suggestions? Thanks. ----- Sean Eric Fagan Office of Computing and Communications Resources (OCCR) Suite 2600 5670 Wilshire Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90036 (213) 852-5086 AGTLSEF@CALSTATE.BITNET {litvax, rdlvax, psivax, hplabs, ihnp4}!csun!aeusesef -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My employers do not endorse my | "I may be slow, but I'm not stupid. opinions, and, at least in my | I can count up to five *real* good." preference of Unix, heartily | The Great Skeeve disagree. | (Robert Asprin)
