[comp.unix.wizards] What is WINDOWS?

I missed the beginning of this discussion; could someone enlighten me
as to the meaning of the WINDOWS parameter in uucico?  We have no
documentation on this at our site, and anything I can do to make uucico
more efficient will win me friends and influence people.
