A short while back there was a discussion about the problems and/or
dangers of dumping mounted (live) filesystems (esp. level 0 dumps).
Was any concensus about this ever reached? If so, could somebody
please mail me a summary or post it? Even if there is still some
disagreement, I'd appreciate any info people could mail me.
