I would like to make a distributed apology to G B Reilly. In my last message to this list, I made some totally idiotic comments towards a response G B Reilly had made in reference to the subject of "/bin/test and stat(2)". I totally mis-understood his intentions or meaning and I hope you and he can forgive me for reacting without thinking. Feeling lower than an ants knee, -franco@bbn.com
