proper: ca,mod,to.proper (eventually everything) - they poll us daily

right now (we have a crippling bug in RMAIL at the moment; when
this is fixed we WILL forward outside mail).
Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites that
want to join usenet. If you run uucp, tell if new sites can
call you, if you will poll them, what your policy is.
We're always willing to squeeze a little more in. We can't
dial out, but anyone who's willing to call us is welcome to.

sites by establishing an arpanet usenet connection?
