	Does anybody know if there is a cheap (or free) Modula-2 compiler
(interpreter?) available for BSD Unix?

There is Mike Powell's Modula-2 compiler from DEC Western Research Labs (though
I believe DECWRL has nothing to do officially with it - it was originally a
personal G-job). I used at U. Wisconsin a few years ago, and it was excellent.

Does someone out there know how to get hold of this thing today?
