         ndcuts is a UTS (2.2 for now) virtual machine running under VM
                 on an IBM 4341.
                (Universal Time-Sharing System is a V7 Unix port with a
                 few Berkeley programs)
                (VM is an operating system for IBM mainframes).

         ittvax (uses RSCS link under VM to UREP rscs emulation package
                  under 4.1bsd) is a DEC VAX 780.

         pnavm  (uses RSCS link to vm users and custom mail package.)
                  Is the real IBM mainframe underneath (the bare metal).
                  Can transfer to other ITT sites.  Doesn't understand
                  internet yet.
         pnavms (uses RSCS link under VM to DECNET and rscs emulation
                package) is a DEC VAX 780 utilizing VMS 3. Mail goes to
                regular VMS users and All-IN-1. Mail on demand w/spool.

Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites that
want to join usenet.  If you run uucp, tell if new sites can
call you, if you will poll them, what your policy is.
If on the arpanet, are you willing to forward news on to new
sites by establishing an arpanet usenet connection?

         We might be willing to try a connection with another UTS site.
