What the site is all about.
	Operated by the Time Incorporated Editorial Technology Group,
	this dual-VAX system is primarily used for the testing and
	development of database management and retrieval systems related
	to the Editorial Reference Library at Time Incorporated. timeb
	is also used for applications programming and some limited
	development of our Time News Service database management and
	communications network. We're running standard AT&T Unix System V
	Release 2 on both machines; timeinc is an 8 mb VAX/780 and
	timeb is a 4 mb VAX/750.

	We would be willing to act as a uucp relay to/from one or
	two sites in New York City (212 a.c.) and New Jersey (201 a.c.)
