Megad is a Megadata 68000 Multibus machine running either Uniplus System III Unix or Uniplus System V Unix for software research and development. Megadata Corporation specializes in intelligent/programmable terminals, terminal concentrators/cluster controllers, distributed systems, and 680x0 Unix systems. The majority of our development work takes place in C, 680x0 assembler, and 6809 assembler. We manufacture 6809 based, intelligent peripheral boards for Multibus systems, and write Unix device drivers for them. Boards done in the past include: quad bit-mapped hi-res graphics, 16 channel serial, and high speed manchester serial. Name of contact person at site.
