jordan@greiwm.UUCP (Jordan K. Hubbard) (04/15/85)

  Name of site.
  	greiwm

What the site is all about.

Pyramid 90x system running OSx (4.2 BSD and SysV combined, don't
  	ask)

One of the backbones on our own point-to-point (U.S. wide) network
  	(using TCP/IP over 9.6Kb lines)

We rent/lease electronic test equipment and computer hardware
throughout the U.S. and Canada. We'll be using a distributed database
on 2 pyramids and 20+ Convergent Technologies 'miniframe' systems
running SysV to keep track of everything.

Systems with whom news articles are exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are).

Dedicated 9600 Baud link to greipa, all articles.

Systems with whom mail is exchanged.
(what kind of link, who the neighbor(s) are, what frequency
of connection, whether or not you'll pass outside mail along).

	greipa, dedicated. 9600 baud.

Right now, this machine is pretty isolated, but soon it will
be moving to Woburn MA. from Palo Alto (with a very short service
interruption to greipa since a 9.6Kb line is already in place
between Palo Alto & Woburn). Once it is in place there I would
not mind passing mail between them.

Willingness (or lack thereof) to connect to new sites that
want to join usenet. If you run uucp, tell if new sites can
call you, if you will poll them, what your policy is.

As stated above, I would welcome any east coast sites once
this machine has been moved. The move will probably happen
around June 1st. Any bay area connection requests should be
	sent to jordan@greipa

If you want to publish your uucp phone number, login, and password,
  include that info.

	No.
